Kevin has a Business Degree from Cal Berkeley and an MBA from Notre Dame, with career experience in accounting finance, marketing, mortgage lending, building homes, and subdivisions. Kevin is deeply involved in all aspects of your deal. His background as a builder and remodeler gives him tremendous insight into condition and safety issues which benefit both Buyers and Sellers.

Kevin is an avid sailor and was recently Commodore of the Berkeley Yacht Club, International Vice Commodore of the Catalina 380 Fleet, and Chaired the 2015 & 2016 Special Olympics Northern California Charity Regatta.

Renee holds a degree in psychology from California State University (East Bay) and has experience as the assistant to the CEO of Clorox and managing a local capital leasing company.   

Renee handles staging, open home coordination, escrow processing and general marketing.   Renee has a keen eye for style, colors, and trends along with bulletproof precision in documentation.   She is very involved in community affairs with veterans groups and youth organizations. 

She was recently awarded Special Olympics Volunteer of the Year, for Northern California.  Along with local fundraising, each year she works with the Medical Team at Summer Games in Davis.

We both bring broad and complimentary experience in all aspects of real estate, including design, construction, financing, and value analysis.

Community Involvement:

Working with and sponsoring volunteer organizations helps us to understand our community, and allows us to share our good fortune with others.  

We are actively involved in fundraising projects for many charities. We help support the Taylor Family FoundationContra Costa Interfaith HousingSpecial Olympics, Soroptimists, Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, and several local elementary and high schools with our fundraising efforts.  We can also support your favorite cause.   We were awarded Volunteer Couple of the Year for Special Olympics  Northern California in 2008, and Renee was Volunteer of the Year for 2009.  Kevin is the former Chair of the Business Advisory Board for Contra Costa Interfaith Housing.

Youth Sailing:  We are also leaders in introducing disadvantaged children to the joys of sailing in conjunction with Berkeley Yacht Club and the Pegasus Foundation.  We try to help the community one kid at a time.
